Dear all, A little while back I was contacted by my mate and ace songwriter Mick Lister, asking if I'd lend my voice to a song he'd written in memory of Carl Cavanagh, the UK Firefighter who died tragically in October 2019 while competing in a triathlon. Carl's wife Lizzie came to Tim Hamill's studio just before Christmas for the recording, where she shared stories of Carl, how he was the life and soul of Heathrow Airport Fire service, and heartbreakingly how she and their young children are understandably devastated by their loss. It was a pleasure and honour singing on this beautiful song, and I really hope you can support the family by downloading it from the links below. Thank you so much, and please share far and wide. Steve x
